Strand Privé
This agreement is between LOVR Agency Pty Ltd (LOVR) and Caroline Squire (the Client) for the project known as Stage One · The Launch.
Stage One, The Launch
LOVR will deliver Stage One as set out in the accepted LOVR proposal, comprising:
- Cinematography, one full day shoot with dedicated crew.
- Photography, one full day shoot with dedicated crew.
- Social media, first quarter strategy and twelve templates.
- Website, design and development.
- Meta advertising account reinstatement, included in Stage One.

Four equal instalments of 25 percent
- Instalment 1. $4,200 plus GST ($4,620), payable prior to commencement.
- Instalment 2. $4,200 plus GST ($4,620), payable two weeks prior to the shoot.
- Instalment 3. $4,200 plus GST ($4,620), payable on approval of the static website design.
- Instalment 4. $4,200 plus GST ($4,620), payable on approval of the staging link, prior to migration.
Two rounds of revisions are included.
This scope includes two rounds of revisions. Further revisions, changes or additions beyond these are billed at $280 per hour plus GST, quoted and approved before the work is commenced.
Work commences on receipt of the first payment. The onboarding instalment is not refundable once the project has commenced.
Work pauses while any invoice is overdue and resumes on payment. Delivery dates move with the pause.
Final deliverables are released on receipt of the final payment. Ownership of the final approved work transfers to the Client on receipt of full payment. LOVR retains the right to display the completed work in its portfolio and marketing.
What the fee excludes
The fee excludes costs related to any third party services such as printing, production, platform subscriptions and advertising spend. Travel for the shoot is excluded as set out in the proposal. If required, LOVR will connect the Client with preferred vendors to obtain competitive quotations for approval and management by the Client.
Feedback and approvals
The Client will provide timely feedback and approvals at each stage, and access to the brand identity, imagery and account credentials required to deliver the scope. Work beyond the scope in section 01, including Stage Two, will be quoted separately before it is commenced.
Ending the engagement
Either party may end the engagement in writing. Work completed up to the date of termination is payable, and the first instalment is not refundable once the project has commenced.
Acceptance
Signing below confirms acceptance of this agreement on behalf of the Client. A copy of the signed acceptance is sent to LOVR automatically.
